OurDistrikt provides co-working spaces for both short term and long term rental - by the desk. Kernow House, the flagship of OurDistrikt, offers the fastest broadband in the west, facilities, lockers, shower, breakout rooms, meeting rooms and more! We are located in the heart of Truro's business sector, surrounded by woodland walks and a bustling dockyard, yet conveniently located for the town centre.

Collaborative Community
We welcome a variety of far reaching businesses and start-ups into our space, ranging from music industry to PR, events, accounting and advertising. If you need some help in your start-up you might well find a solution already here.

Our ethos is that residents who feel comfortable and relaxed in their working environment show increased output and satisfaction. Sometimes this means taking screen break and using the Breakout Room.
